The Role
You will handle a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including:
* Purchases, sales, re-mortgages, transfers of title and discharges
* Drafting and reviewing legal documentation
* Examining title and managing transactions from instruction to completion
* Maintaining regular client contact and delivering a high standard of client service
* Building and maintaining relationships with referrers and contributing to business development
* Supporting junior team members where required
About you
* Qualified solicitor with solid experience in residential conveyancing
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
* Proactive, organised and client-focused
* Interested in relationship-building and business development
