What you will do
* Support the team manager in overseeing and coordinating social work activities and ensuring service delivery meets quality standards.
* Supervise and motivate team members, providing guidance, support, and professional supervision.
* Assist in the development and implementation of team policies and procedures to improve service user outcomes.
* Oversee case management, ensuring effective assessment, intervention, and evaluation practices.

Requirements for this Assistant Team Manager role
* Degree or equivalent in social work, combined with a current Social Work England registration.
* Demonstrated managerial experience, ideally as an Assistant Team Manager.
* Extensive frontline experience in Adults Services, providing a strong foundation for the role.
* Proven capability in inspiring and leading a team within an adult social care setting.
