An experienced ERPSystems Support Specialist is required for a leading retail business based in Hertfordshire. With a salary of £45,000 and excellent benefits, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company with an envied reputation.
The business has recently implemented a new NetSuite ERP system and re-platformed its eCommerce website, creating an exciting role for someone who can manage small IT projects and provide day-to-day ERP support in a hybrid working environment (3 days in the office).
Duties & Responsibilities
* Lead internal projects across ERP and eCommerce platforms, managing timelines and deliverables
* Act as first-line support for ERP issues, providing solutions and user guidance
* Collaborate with internal teams and third-party providers to scope and deliver system improvements
* Maintain accurate documentation, configure system settings, and manage user access
* Create basic reports and enhancements to reduce external development reliance
What Experience is Required?
* Experience supporting or managing ERP systems (ideally NetSuite or similar)
* Strong Excel skills and ability to work with complex data
* Excellent communication skills for liaising with stakeholders and suppliers
Salary & Benefits
* £45,000 salary
