Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Director in Crypto Trading, Payments, Banking, locations EMEA wide. Sales Directors are encouraged to be entrepreneurial in a highly networked ecosystem, they are responsible for driving sales and business development efforts, managing client relationships, developing strategies to meet sales targets, and providing training to the sales team. Key tasks include identifying new business opportunities, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
Qualifications

* Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
* Ability to provide effective Training to sales teams
* Relevant experience in the financial or digital asset industry is a plus
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to changing circumstances
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
