Lead Data Analysis and Information Officer
Position within the London Breast Screening Administration Hub.
Key Responsibilities
* Run, collate, analyse and present recovery and KPI reports.
* Ensure smooth & efficient day-to-day functions of the London Breast Screening Hub.
* Provide statistical analysis and updates to the six London breast screening services.
* Make informed decisions within the area of responsibility in accordance with local, regional and national guideline, requirement, policies and procedures.
* Develop and implement reports to define completeness and adequacy of the data collection procedures.
* Conduct work‑based audits and process reviews; develop ad‑hoc reports using a variety of computer packages and present when required.
* Provide oversight to the London Admin Hub Team, taking ownership of and assisting with HR‑related tasks such as sickness and performance management.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Proven experience working in a data analysis role within NHS or a similar setting.
* Demonstrated ability to manage data accuracy, audit and collection processes.
* Experience in dashboard reporting and KPI generation.
* Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
* Experience of working within guidelines and policies and adhering to national standards.
