About the Role You’ll be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat—helping with product queries, order tracking, and issue resolution. The goal is to enhance the customer experience through timely, efficient, and friendly service.
Updating CRM and support systems accurately (Zendesk experience is a plus)
Previous experience in D2C customer service
Experience with Zendesk or similar customer service platforms (desirable)
