Join our client's OT team in a key frontline role focused on screening referrals and conducting telephone assessments. You’ll support decision-making, provide equipment and minor adaptations and help manage the team inbox alongside the Deputy Team Manager. What will your responsibilities be? Screen incoming referrals and complete telephone OT assessments Signpost, recommend equipment, and minor adaptations Refer cases to the community OT team for home visits Support inbox management and assist customer support officers with decisions Qualifications & Experience: To be successful in this role you must have, HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist Experience in adult social care or community OT Strong communication and decision-making skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment Why Liquid Personnel?
