Make a Difference in Specialist Neurological Care A leading specialist care service in Hitchin is looking for an Assistant Practitioner to join their dedicated team. This service supports adults living with a range of neurological conditions, providing personalised care that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being. You’ll play a vital role in supporting a high standard of care within a multi-disciplinary team, working under the guidance of registered professionals including nurses and therapists.
