This is a hybrid role, with your time split between home, the office, and field-based customer visits. The company designs and manufactures a specialist range of technical products supplied into a variety of industries worldwide. Key Responsibilities: Grow existing client accounts and ensure year-on-year volume increases Identify and secure new national and international business opportunities Cross-sell a varied product range across multiple market channels Work closely with internal sales and engineering teams on bids and order management Maintain records through the CRM system and provide monthly reporting Represent the company at customer visits, trade shows, and industry events Monitor and share insights on industry trends and movements Ideal Candidate: Background in external or technical sales within the engineering sector Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, confident with stakeholders at all levels Well-organised, commercially focused and technically capable Familiar with CRM systems and MS Office Holds a full UK driving licence and valid passport Experience in mechanical or fluid power systems is beneficial Whats on Offer: Salary up to £55,000 depending on experience Annual bonus and profit share Company car, pension and life insurance Hybrid working one-third office, one-third home, one-third travel Full-time, permanent role (38 hours, Monday to Friday) Supportive, family-run company culture with strong values If you're seeking a long-term opportunity with a stable, growing engineering business, wed love to hear from you.
