You will be working at a specialist provision in Salisbury, dedicated to supporting children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher to join our team, with a focus on Key Stage 3 learners.
The role:
* Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated maths lessons to KS3 pupils
* Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every child can succeed
* Building positive, trusting relationships to inspire confidence and enjoyment in learning
* Working closely with colleagues, support staff, and external professionals to meet individual needs
* Contributing to the wider life of the school community
What we’re looking for:
* A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS)
* Maths specialist or proven experience delivering Maths up to KS3 Level (experience with SEMH is desirable but not essential)
* Strong classroom management skills with a nurturing, positive approach
* Creativity, flexibility, and resilience in adapting lessons to meet pupils’ needs
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of all students
