An established, global real estate investment manager is seeking an Asset Manager to support value creation across a high-quality retail portfolio.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded real estate professional with strong retail warehouse experience and advanced financial modelling capability to join a highly regarded platform. Working closely with senior asset managers, you will provide analytical and strategic support across assets under management, acquisitions, refinancings and dispositions.
Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing and maintaining detailed property cash flow and investment models (Excel-based) to support budgeting, valuation and investment decisions
* Supporting annual budgeting and business plan preparation, including review of operating partner submissions
* Analysing market data to assess asset positioning and competitive pricing within retail warehouse markets
* Assisting with underwriting, due diligence, and transaction execution
* Preparing valuation support materials and liaising with third-party appraisers and brokers
* Supporting lender reporting requirements including DSCR and LTV covenant analysis
* Assisting with preparation of pitchbooks, investment memoranda and deal room materials
* Participating in periodic site visits to assess asset condition and operational performance
Candidate Profile:
* 5+ years’ experience within commercial real estate
* Strong exposure to retail warehouse assets (essential)
* Experience in financial analysis, asset management, leasing/marketing oversight and strategic execution
* Degree in Estate Management, Property Economics or equivalent
* Advanced Excel skills (Argus experience advantageous)
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to think strategically
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* High integrity and ability to operate with minimal supervision
