We have opportunities across Glasgow, Ayrshire and Inverclyde for experienced Plumbers to work on reactive repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Visit customer properties to perform a range of plumbing maintenance and repair tasks.
* Diagnose and assess plumbing issues and subsequently install and repair plumbing fixtures.
* Ensure all Health and Safety requirements and legislation, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work and COSHH Records, are adhered to during your daily work.
* Maintain a professional demeanour while interacting with clients and tenants.
Skills & reexperience:
* Demonstrable experience in plumbing with relevant certifications.
* City & Guilds or NVQ
* Self-motivated, flexible and able to work in a team environment.
* Ability to diagnose problems and propose cost-effective solutions.
* Good communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.

* Salary £38,000 - plus on call and overtime earnings.
