Purpose of the role
To provide effective, pro-active management of Clients inventory both physically and on the WMI system to ensure that the information that both contain is consistent and accurate. Working closely with the Warehouse Team and Full Service Inventory Team to ensure optimum inventory accuracy, availability and management allowing effective utilisation of warehouse capacity, ensuring that Client expectations are met
How you'll make an impact as an Inventory Controller at Movianto:
* Work with Warehouse Team Leaders to resolve inventory queries and escalate unresolved issues.
* Ensure accurate inventory management, handling batch releases, stock status changes, and disposals.
* Keep Clients informed by sharing NCRs, following up on requests, and providing updates on batch recalls.
* Maintain WMS master data and generate reports to support warehouse efficiency.
* Collaborate with teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practice.
What it will take to thrive as a Inventory Controller at Movianto:
* Experience in inventory management and warehouse operations.
* Strong IT skills and knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMI preferred).
* A proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach.
* Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to business needs.
