Duties:
* Preparing and analysing management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
* Supporting the preparation of annual financial statements and liaising with external auditors.
* Providing financial insights that drive smart business decisions and growth.
* Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Strengthening financial controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance.
* Assisting in high-impact projects, including mergers, acquisitions, and process improvements.
* Mentoring junior finance team members and fostering a culture of continuous development.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance financial performance and achieve strategic goals.
