The role
* Full‑time and permanent
* Starting at £12.21 per hour

Key Responsibilities
* Maintaining workshop organisation, stock and safety standards
* Shadowing experienced engineers
* Helping prepare lifting equipment for customer orders and site jobs
* Assisting with the inspection, testing, repair and assembly of lifting gear
* Taking part in structured training and courses to build your skills and knowledge
About you
* Hands on, mechanically minded and eager to learn
* Good attention to detail and a positive attitude
* Enjoys practical work and problem‑solving
* Team player with good communication skills
* A desire to build a long‑term career in the lifting industry
