I’m working on behalf of a well-established, fast-evolving organisation to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner into a key role supporting UK operations.
This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a true partnering role, working closely with senior leaders to drive business performance through people.
You’ll operate across the full employee lifecycle, combining hands-on delivery with strategic input... from talent and succession planning through to performance, reward and complex employee relations.
What you’ll be doing:
Partnering with Managing Directors and senior stakeholders to understand business priorities and shape people plans
Providing expert, pragmatic HR advice across a broad range of topics
Leading on employee relations, performance and attendance management
Supporting talent development, succession planning and workforce planning
Using data and HR metrics to inform decision making
Contributing to change and continuous improvement projects
Supporting wider HR initiatives including organisational change and business transitions
What we’re looking for:
An experienced HR Business Partner with strong generalist capability
Confident working with senior stakeholders and influencing at all levels
Solid employment law knowledge and experience managing complex cases
Commercially minded, with the ability to balance people and business outcomes
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience)
This role would suit someone who enjoys being close to the business... someone who can flex between operational delivery and strategic thinking, and who wants to make a visible impact.
This is a hybrid role, with a requirement to visit Leigh area regularly.
If you’re curious to learn more, I’d love to have a confidential conversation.
