Provide personal care assistance including mobility support, bathing, and grooming Prepare nutritious meals and beverages to meet individual dietary needs and preferences Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment for clients Offer companionship through conversation, activities, and emotional support Assist with basic health-related tasks such as medication reminders and monitoring (training provided) Support clients with light housekeeping duties and daily living activities Document care provided by using our secured password protected app Travel between client homes within the Leigh and surrounding area to provide consistent weekend coverage Respond to client needs with patience, empathy, and professionalism Follow individualized care plans and maintain confidentiality at all times
