We are currently recruiting an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to work for a social housing main contractor, covering projects across Cambridgeshire.
This is a temp to perm opportunity offering long-term, stable work for the right candidate.
Role & Responsibilities
* Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance within social housing properties
* Completing a range of multi-trade works to a high standard
* Working independently across multiple sites within Cambridgeshire
* Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with client expectations
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Operative
* Carpentry-biased or Plumbing-biased (essential)
* Experience working within social housing
* Clean, full UK driving licence
* Reliable, professional, and customer-focused approach
