My client is searching for a passionate and detail:orientated Senior Architect with brilliant creative skills to join their award:winning, RIBA chartered practice in Birmingham. The practice prides itself on having repeat clients and providing services across all RIBA stages of Education, Healthcare, Leisure and Residential projects.
The successful Senior Architect will have extensive experience running projects and working on commercial projects. You will be ARB registered and will have exceptional technical abilities whilst being proficient in the use of AutoCAD and Revit.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:
* Significant post Part 3 experience
* ARB registered
* Confident running projects from inception to completion
* Collaborate with the team, clients and contractors
* Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations
* Conduct site surveys and contribute to feasibility studies
* Previous experience working on commercial projects
* Revit and AutoCAD proficiency is essential
* Must live within a commutable distance of Birmingham
