This position will involve dealing directly with landlords and tenants to ensure that both enjoy a great experience with us.
You will be assisting with maintaining our managed properties, learning to co-ordinate maintenance and repairs as well as visiting and inspecting properties and dealing with applications to rent from tenants.
You will need an eye for detail and possess a genuine enjoyment of working with people. You"ll also need to be competent with computers, maths and English language.
Over time, you"ll become involved with accompanying viewers to properties, negotiating rental contracts and dealing with the legal aspect of landlord and tenant contracts, renewals and handling deposits.
Experience is not essential as we are looking for a capable individual who is good with people, shows an aptitude for making sound. business decisions and has excellent communication skills
Salary will depend on evidenced skills and experience and benefits include; company pension, healthcare scheme, commission after proven performance. The role involves working one in three Saturdays.
