The Role:
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will join a busy and well-established team advising on complex energy, utilities, and infrastructure-related property matters. The work includes easements, wayleaves, infrastructure agreements, acquisitions, and disposals. You will be encouraged to participate in client development activities and contribute to the wider success of the team.
The Candidate:
Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with at least 5+ years PQE, ideally gained at a recognized regional or national firm. You should have a strong understanding of commercial property law and the ability to handle matters independently. Strong drafting and negotiation skills, along with a commercial and solution-focused approach, are preferred.
