In this role, youll work towards yourLevel 3 Information Communications Technician,delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems. Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Assist in the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Assist in the management of user accounts, permissions, and access rights. Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, ensuring optimal performance and security. Assist in the implementation of data backup and disaster recovery procedures. Assist in the procurement and inventory management of IT equipment and software. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, sharing knowledge with the team. Collaborate with Delivery Service professionals to identify and implement process improvements. Engage with resolver groups to ensure timely resolution of service requests and incidents. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
