About the Role
As our Preschool Room Leader, you will play a vital role in shaping the learning journeys of our 3–5-year-olds. You’ll lead a dedicated team, plan engaging activities, and ensure the highest standards of care and education are consistently delivered.
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 2 years’ experience working with children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
* At least 1 year experience in a room leader or supervisory role
* A relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above)
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding, and child development
* A positive, proactive attitude and excellent leadership skills
