A leading financial services organisation is looking for an exceptional HR Business Partner to join their team. Acting as a strategic advisor and trusted parter to your client groups, this role will support up to Executive Committee and will have a pivotal contribution in setting and implementing people strategies.

You will work closely with senior leaders in order to identify workforce trends, forecast future talent needs, and steer initiatives to promote a high-performance culture. This is a high impact role that will contribute to decision making at the highest levels.

As HR Business Partner, your responsibilities will include:

1. acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and management teams in aligning people strategies with business objectives and regulatory requirements
2. building strong and collaborative relationships with senior leaders and line managers
3. leading on the delivery of people initiatives and cyclical activities for such as salary review, talent mapping, succession planning, engagement surveys and development strategies
4. influencing leaders in their decision making on people related strategies such as team development, engagement surveys and re-organisations
5. leading on workforce planning initiatives, forecasting future talent needs and integrating succession plans and leadership development
6. working alongside CoE’s in order to identify resource needs and forecasting, budgeting and recruitment schedules
7. ensuring HR practices comply with UK employment law and financial services regulations (Conduct Rules and risk management frameworks)
8. identifying regulatory risks in employment situations
9. keeping abreast of employment legislation and best practice, HR trends and any financial services regulatory changes
10. recommending and implementing HR process improvements

As HR Business Partner, you will have experience/knowledge of:

11. working within a financial services/asset management/investment operations environment
12. employee relations management and current employment law and best practice
13. broad HR Generalist remit
