Part-Time Office Manager - Edinburgh HQ Location: Edinburgh City Centre (Fully Office-Based) Hours: 20-25 per week (hours spread over 5 days) Salary: Up to £40,000 (Pro Rata) Overview Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Office Manager to join their Edinburgh headquarters on a part-time basis. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a proven track record in staff management and operational leadership. As Office Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office, supporting team members, and maintaining a high standard of workplace experience. You'll lead office operations, manage facilities and suppliers, and foster a positive and productive working culture. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Manage and support office staff, promoting a culture of feedback and development. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and other relevant legislation. Coordinate facilities management, including lease arrangements and supplier relationships. Act as the main point of contact for internal and external office-related queries. Develop and implement office policies and initiatives to enhance collaboration and culture. Manage financial reporting related to office operations in partnership with relevant stakeholders. Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment and workspace setup. Handle confidential correspondence and logistics. Collaborate with leadership to align office environment with organisational values. Organise and support internal events and activities. Champion a positive workplace culture and contribute to continuous improvement.Candidate Requirements Demonstrated experience in staff management and team leadership. Strong organisational and communication skills. Detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused mindset. Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
