Hours: Full-Time Shifts (Sun–Thu / 7am–5pm)

About the Role: As a Factory Worker, you'll jump right into the action, performing vital production tasks that keep everything running like clockwork. You'll start with the basics, but if you've got the drive and the skills, we'll train you up to take on even more responsibility. This is your chance to shine and grow with us
What You'll Be Doing (Starting Out):
* Operating and Cleaning Machinery: Setting up and maintaining equipment like a pro
* Seasoning Master: Mixing and blending seasonings to create perfect flavours
* Sausage Making: Mincing and mixing meat to craft top-quality sausage meat
* Chiller and Freezer Organization: Keeping our stock chilled and stored with precision

* Manual Lifting, Packing, Taping, and Labelling: Get hands-on, prepping, packing and picking products with speed and precision
* Problem-Solving: Notice an issue? Communicate it to the team and help keep things moving smoothly
* Quality Control: Spotting defective products and reporting them—because quality is key
* Deliveries & Recycling: Checking in deliveries, breaking down cardboard, and keeping things organized
* Admin Tasks: Creating labels, completing paperwork, and ensuring everything's in order
* Stock-Taking: Counting materials and reporting shortages to the Food Factory Manager
