Senior Project Manager | Business Change | Integration | M&A Programme

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead post acquisition integration workstreams across multiple M&A transactions.
This is a high visibility role suited to a delivery focused Project Manager with proven change and transformation experience in complex M&A growth and technology environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end integration of newly acquired businesses, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and minimal disruption to operations and clients.
* Shape and deliver change initiatives across business functions, embedding new structures, systems, and processes.
* Strong stakeholder experience and partner with senior leadership to ensure aligned expectations, transparent communication, and board ready reporting.
* Establish and run effective programme governance, PMO reporting, and cadence for decision making across parallel workstreams.
* Champion high standards of governance, ensuring clear accountability, decision rights, and risk management.
* Identify risks early, propose mitigation plans, and drive resolution in collaboration with functional leads.
Experience Required
* Proven track record as a Business Change or Integration Project Manager, ideally within fintech, financial services, SaaS, or data driven businesses.
* Hands on M&A integration delivery experience, from due diligence through post deal operational alignment.
* Demonstrable experience influencing and supporting board level stakeholders and operating confidently at exec level.
* Strong understanding of how to navigate change across multi entity environments.
* Skilled in managing ambiguity, conflicting priorities, and fast moving commercial pressures.
* Exceptional communication, organisational, and critical thinking skills.
* Formal qualifications in project/change management (e.g. PRINCE2, MSP)
