Senior National Account Manager – Electronic Consumables
Location: Hybrid (London area office, 4 days per week / Fridays from home)
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 + bonus + benefits

Our client is a fast-growing, innovative electronic consumables business supplying high-quality products to leading retailers and distributors across the UK and Europe. With a reputation for reliability, performance, and category innovation, the company is entering an exciting growth phase and seeks an experienced Senior National Account Manager to play a key role in driving strategic customer partnerships and commercial performance.
About the Role
As Senior National Account Manager, you’ll take full ownership of a portfolio of major retail and e-commerce accounts, leading commercial strategy, joint business planning, and execution. Working closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, supply chain, and product development, you’ll drive profitable growth, strengthen customer relationships, and identify new opportunities within the category.
Responsibilities
* Lead commercial strategy and P&L management across key retail and online accounts.
* Develop and execute joint business plans, promotional strategies, and category initiatives.
* Negotiate annual terms, pricing, and promotional agreements to achieve sales and margin targets.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and category performance to identify growth opportunities.
* Partner with internal teams to ensure product availability, marketing alignment, and operational excellence.
* Provide accurate forecasting, performance reporting, and strategic insights to senior leadership.
* Drive new business development within existing and new retail channels.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a National Account Manager or Senior NAM within consumer goods, ideally in electronics, technology accessories, or fast-moving consumables.
Required Skills
* Strong commercial acumen and experience managing large retail or e-commerce customers (e.g. Currys, Argos, John Lewis, Tesco or similar).
* Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
* Confident working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
* Data-driven, proactive, and strategic mindset.
* Based within commutable distance of London (office 4 days per week, Fridays from home) office situated about 15 miles northwest of Central London.
