The organisation is a well-established business operating across manufacturing and retail with approx 350 heads based in Wakefield and across the North.
Description
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations and performance management.
Collaborate with management to address workforce planning and talent acquisition needs.
Monitor HR metrics and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
Oversee compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Lead employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
Facilitate training and development programmes to support employee growth
Be visible and hands on in the day to day operationProfile
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
Proven experience in a similar Human Resources role within the industrial, retail or manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Proficiency in HR systems and data reporting.
Site based role with some travel across sites
A CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.Job Offer
