The Role:
You will be speaking directly with qualified, high:calibre leads : CEOs and Founders of A GBP 3m+ businesses : in a consultative, insight:driven sales process. This is all about building relationships, understanding growth goals, and closing meaningful, high:value memberships.
* Own and convert warm, sales:qualified leads
* Lead insightful, value:driven consultations with senior business leaders
* Build lasting, trust:based relationships
* Achieve daily and weekly membership targets
* Keep your CRM pipeline organised and share learnings with the team
* Attend exclusive events and network with top entrepreneurs

Experience:
* Proven experience in consultative sales (B2B, media, community, or membership preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
