* Assist with procurement and performance monitoring of external structural engineers.
* Review and monitor structural reports from third-party consultants and contractors to ensure quality, rigour, and compliance.
* Establish good working relationships with Divisions and key stakeholders to encourage feedback for inclusion in future schemes to avoid wastage and improve the engineered solutions.
* Comply with responsibilities as defined in the Group's Health, Safety & Environment Policy and ensure compliance with the same throughout the team.
* Conduct site visits and produce site compliance reports.
* Lead the assessment and remediation strategy for existing and legacy reinforced concrete frame buildings, including fire performance, carbonation, corrosion, and other durability concerns.
* Commission and manage structural investigations, intrusive surveys, and concrete testing programmes.
* Engage with regulatory bodies, warranty providers, and insurers where required on structural matters.
* Contribute to internal CPD and awareness around structural risk, compliance, and best practice.
* Maintain awareness of evolving legislation and industry guidance, ensuring the business stays ahead of compliance requirements.
