We are a specialist SEN school in Mold, catering to students aged 11–19 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our nurturing and inclusive environment is built on understanding, patience, and a commitment to helping every learner thrive.

About the Role:

As a Secondary Learning Support Assistant, you’ll work closely with teaching staff to support students with autism across a range of subjects and activities. Your role will be pivotal in helping students access the curriculum, develop social and emotional skills, and build confidence in their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to students with ASD in classroom and small group settings

Assist with the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs)

*
Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation strategies

*
Support students during transitions and unstructured times

*
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure holistic support
