Key Responsibilities:
* Product Positioning & Storytelling: Craft compelling product messaging that resonates with HR and talent teams worldwide.
* Go-to-Market Execution: Lead product launches and campaigns, ensuring customer-facing teams are fully equipped to communicate value.
* Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Enablement teams to drive engagement and growth.
* Customer Engagement: Build strategies to activate, onboard, and retain customers, while identifying up-sell opportunities.
* Market Insight & Performance: Analyse data and customer feedback to develop optimized messaging and marketing initiatives.
* Content Creation: Develop persuasive marketing materials, including one-pagers, decks, and sales collateral.
What We’re Looking For:
1. 3 years product marketing experience
