Overview
We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to join the team to provide support to multiple Senior Leadership Team members and other senior stakeholders within the business, as required.

Day To Day Duties
* Daily management of the Group Support mailbox supporting senior stakeholders. This is to assist in coordinating various diary engagements, including large internal steering groups/workshops, internal and external meetings (on / off-site), facilitating resources as appropriate.
* You will provide support to the Executive EA and other senior stakeholders as required.
* You will organise travel/accommodation for the Directors and assist with other central functions as required.
* You will prepare Directors expense claim reports.
* Administration duties, including maintaining contract records, gifts and hospitality processes and raising purchase orders.
* You will meet and greet visitors as and when required.
* Undertake any other duties as required which are commensurate to the role.
