Qualifications
* A dedicated and enthusiastic GMC-registered physician with CCT in Geriatric Medicine and General Internal Medicine (or within 6 months of completion at time of interview)
* A passion for frailty care, and improving outcomes for older trauma patients
* Strong team-working and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to multidisciplinary care
* A commitment to service development, clinical leadership, and education.
Overview

Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust operates a 24-hour service, 365 days a year.
