Key Responsibilities: Carry out advanced diagnostics and fault finding using manufacturer-specific tools and systems Complete servicing, repairs, maintenance, and software updates to a high standard Work on hybrid and electric vehicles with access to the latest training and technologies Conduct road tests and final quality checks to ensure all work is completed to required standards Maintain accurate job documentation and adhere to manufacturer and safety regulations Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians and apprentices Work efficiently to achieve productivity and quality targets What We’re Looking For: Fully qualified Vehicle Technician (Level 3 or equivalent) Strong experience in diagnostics, repairs, and servicing Ability to work productively to meet time and efficiency targets High attention to detail and commitment to first-time fixes Eagerness to develop knowledge, particularly in hybrid/EV systems A full UK driving licence is required Why Join Us?
