Worthing College, part of the Chichester College Group, is hiring a Lecturer in Early Years (Ref: WC7365). Salary: £27,785 – £43,325 per annum. This role may be eligible for a targeted retention incentive payment of up to £6,000. Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high‑quality teaching and learning, inspiring students and equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary for a career in the Early Years sector.
* Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of best practice in early years education.
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
* Participate in curriculum development and the implementation of teaching and assessment practices.
* Support a diverse student population in a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications
* Level 3 qualification in a related subject.
* English and Maths at Level 2.
* Assessor and teaching qualifications are desirable.
