The Role
To identify and qualify sales opportunities and build sustainable relationships with existing and new customers through the provision of technical expertise and knowledge.
Acting as a trusted advisor, work collaboratively with the national Rubix organisation to demonstrate the value proposition and address technical concerns and issues.
Sell complex and technical solutions to new customers in a clear and compelling manner, applying applications-based technical knowledge and experience to solve customers problems.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for assessing and analysing target markets within the designated sales geographies and industry sectors. Collating market data, trends and intelligence, competitor activity and customer feedback.
Responsible for developing and executing the annual Sales Budgets; identifying target customers, constructing Sales action plans and targets that align with business goals.
Responsible for managing existing customers and developing new business within the designated geographies and industry sectors, and for providing management with accurate and reliable feedback; Quarterly and monthly Sales Pipelines and Forecasts.
