Job Description:
We have been exclusively instructed by a leading UK investment manager, who is looking to add a general corporate lawyer to work directly with the GC. The role focuses on high-profile, long-term internal projects essential to the success of this expanding business, as well as broader general corporate and commercial matters. The ideal candidate will be highly reliable, capable of working autonomously, and have excellent attention to detail.
This role can be based in Manchester or London on a hybrid basis (2 days per week in the office).
The successful candidate is likely to be UK qualified with at least 4 years of experience as a corporate lawyer at a leading law firm or in-house.
