 
        Job Title: Tutor / Assessor (Education and Training) Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri 9am – 5.00pm (Flexible) Location: Newcastle upon Tyne / Working from Home Reporting to: Head of Training and Quality The Launch Group is an award-winning training and recruitment company, helping people across the UK develop new skills and gain sustainable employment. What You’ll Do You’ll be involved in the full journey of our pre-employment training programmes, from design through to delivery and evaluation. This includes: * Deliver engaging, sector-specific workshops and support candidates throughout their training journey. * Help shape programme content and tailored resources with guidance from senior staff. * Build positive relationships with employers and candidates, supporting recruitment and job outcomes. * Monitor quality standards and ensure candidates’ progress is accurately recorded. * Contribute to team planning and continuous improvement activities. * Receive ongoing training in teaching, assessing, and account management. Person Specification * Motivated to help others develop skills and achieve employment success. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Thrives in a dynamic environment. * Confidence using Microsoft Office and managing candidate/admin records. * A recognised teaching qualification (e.g. Level 3 Award in Education and Training, PTLLS, or willingness to work towards one). * An Assessor qualification (e.g., CAVA, TAQA or a commitment to complete it with our support). * A Full UK Driving Licence and access to transport.
