The Role
We're representing a rapidly growing wealth management business seeking a Financial Planner to build and manage a client portfolio. You'll deliver holistic financial advice and support high-value clients, working within a team that combines the energy of a start-up with the stability of private equity backing.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide independent financial planning to private clients, typically with assets over £160k.
* Build and maintain client relationships, generating new business through referrals, networking, and existing contacts.
* Deliver clear, compliant advice and reports in line with regulatory standards.
* Collaborate across the wider business to create cross-selling opportunities.
* Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and industry awareness.

Requirements
* Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning – essential.
* SPS; CAS desirable but not essential.
* Experience as a Financial Planner; paraplanning experience a plus.
* Strong client relationship, analytical, and business development skills.
