Factory Labourer – Rotating Shifts (Mon–Fri)
Location: Around 30 minutes’ drive from Hull (no public transport available)
Hours:
1. Morning Shift: 06:30 – 14:30
2. Afternoon/Evening Shift: 14:30 – 22:30

What You’ll Be Doing
3. Supporting production line operations
4. General factory duties including packing, sorting and materials handling
5. Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
6. Assisting with basic machine operations and quality checks
7. Working effectively as part of a team to meet daily targets
Shift Pattern
You’ll be part of a rotating shift schedule working Monday to Friday, either:
8. 06:30 – 14:30
or
9. 14:30 – 22:30
This rotation ensures fair access to both shift times.
Driver Essential
Due to the location approximately 30 minutes from Hull, and no public transport options that align with shift times, you must have access to your own transport and a full driving licence.
This role isn’t accessible by bus or train to meet the required hours — reliable travel is essential.

10. Willing to work physically and stay motivated throughout the shift
11. Good team player with a positive attitude
12. Basic numeracy and communication skills
13. Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse work is a bonus, but not essential — full training provided
