Sales Development Representative
Salary: £27,000–£36,000 per annum (base plus bonus)
CanDo Payments is a family-run business specialising in card machines, EPOS systems, and online payment solutions for SMEs across the UK. We partner with a leading acquiring bank to deliver cost-effective payment solutions and exceptional customer support.
Working in the telesales team at CanDo Payments is genuinely enjoyable. The focus is simple: help independent and small business owners cut their payment processing costs in a way that feels fair and straightforward. New starters follow a clear training path that covers everything from sales skills to using our systems. It gives you the confidence to get stuck in and the ongoing support to keep improving. Many customers switch to us because we help them move across smoothly, often covering exit fees where needed. Engage business owners via phone, email, and social media to qualify leads
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline
• Take ownership of queries from existing customers about their card payment facilities
• Act as a single point of ownership for all other customer service queries, liaising with other suppliers / business partners as required
• Experience in sales or lead generation (preferably B2B or call centre)
• Proficient with CRM tools and MS Office
