Are you an experienced Bench Hand Joiner looking for an exciting new opportunity? We are hiring for a dedicated Bench Hand Joiner to join the team!
Position Details:
* Location: Stockport
* Hours: Monday - Thursday: 07:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 07:30 AM - 1:00 PM
* Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour
After 41.5 hours, OT paid at x1.5
Saturday work: x1.5
Sunday work: x2
Key Responsibilities:
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
* Cutting, shaping, assembling, and finishing wood and other materials
* Operating hand tools and power machinery safely and efficiently
* Sanding, fitting, and finishing wood products to high standards
* Ensuring quality control and adherence to project deadlines
* Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience as a Bench Hand Joiner
* Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations
