Bartender – Soho Farmhouse at Soho House & Co
We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team at Soho Farmhouse (OX7 4JS). Your main responsibilities are serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, food (when needed) and providing excellent service to members, creating memorable experiences. Other duties include mixing cocktails, preparing the bar for service and ensuring it is in pristine condition.

Responsibilities
* Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food (when needed)
* Provide excellent service to members and create memorable experiences
* Mix cocktails and prepare the bar for service
* Keep the bar area clean and well-organized
What we are looking for in a Bartender
* 1-2 years of experience in a busy high-profile bar (preferred but not essential)
* Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
* Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
* Sense of urgency
* Yes, yes, yes mentality
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Genuine passion for food and beverage
* Flexible and available to work both opening and closing shifts when required
Physical requirements
* Must be over the age of 18
* Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects by hand
* Able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours
* Able to kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required
Expected working hours
* Varying shift times across the seven days, including evenings and weekends
* Average hours 32-45 per week
