We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie for a luxury Hotel in the Peak District.
Responsibilities: Ensure timely and precise execution of menu items, maintaining consistency and attention to detail
Work closely with the kitchen team to prepare and present high-quality dishes
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in developing innovative and appealing menu offerings
Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards in line with regulations
Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and efficient kitchen environment
