Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Care Manager with a strong care background to join our team in Preston. As our Care Manager, you will be responsible for the growth and development of our care service, ensuring the delivery of outstanding quality care.
In this varied and challenging role, you will be involved in:
1. Converting new client enquiries
2. Care planning and conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
3. Managing a team to ensure exceptional service delivery to our clients and proper workload management
4. Having extensive care experience with excellent customer service and management skills
5. Being commercially aware
6. Having strong influencing skills
7. Demonstrating achievement of business growth targets
8. Building good working relationships
9. Having strong organisation and planning skills
10. Working well and accurately under pressure
11. Being flexible to meet the demands of the business, including participating in an on-call rota
Due to the need to support the On-Call function, which may require supporting team members out in the field in emergency situations, and the requirement to travel throughout the community to conduct new client assessments, you should have a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
