About the Company With over 250 employees and the backing of a major international support, my client delivers bespoke surfacing solutions across multiple sectors including: Highways & Rail Aviation & Defense Education, Healthcare & Leisure Local Authority & Commercial The Role This is a hybrid position based out of the Derby office, with national travel to meet clients and visit sites. You’ll play a key role in both growing and retaining business by: Managing and developing a portfolio of ~100 accounts. Re-engaging dormant accounts and driving new business. Building strong client relationships and becoming the “go-to” person for surfacing solutions. Delivering against KPIs: 15+ new enquiries/projects per month.
