We are seeking recent graduates from Ultimate Medical Academy for a remote Customer Service Representative position at Concentrix. Responsibilities
* Handle inbound customer support calls using a call flow guide
* Assist customers with basic technical issues
* Document and retrieve information from databases
* Promote additional products or services
* Deliver excellent customer experiences with a positive attitude
Qualifications
* Recent graduate of Ultimate Medical Academy or from our recruiting partners
* At least 1 year of customer service experience
* High school diploma or GED; some roles may require an associate degree or medical certification
* Open availability and residence in the United States
* Quiet, distraction-free home environment
* Proficiency in multitasking, computer skills, and fast learning
* High-speed internet and a smartphone
