This role is critical in maintaining robust financial controls and driving the financial performance of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Ensure compliance with healthcare sector regulations and accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, UK GAAP).
Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Support internal and external audit processes.
Implement and maintain effective internal controls and financial procedures.
Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
